Mike is absolutely correct here, the key point for me being household “prices are now outstripping your ability to pay for them at a slightly slower rate.” – The Fact is they are STILL rising and will continue to do despite our social security now offering NO security at all!!

It’s all lies, the media knows it’s all lies and they continue to write what the Tories want.
I am struggling to keep body and soul together as I can’t stretch the money any further! Rather than the benefits going up 1%, ours have gone down. We’ve lost £3 here, £5 there, we pay more tax on the small pension that my hubby gets so we are actually worse off – and we cannot understand it.
It’s going to get worse for the “lower classes”, we know it is, and God help us all if this lot are voted back into government – not that they were voted in in the first place!
